Erajaya Group Launches RE•PAIR, After Sale Service Services With Door to Door (D2D) Facilities

Jakarta, Mei 1st  2020 – PT Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk (Erajaya Group) again introduced a new breakthrough program, namely the "Door to Door" or D2D device shuttle service to the Consumer's home to be repaired at the service center. RE•PAIR is a new identity from Erajaya Group's official After Sales Service. D2D services from RE•PAIR are very easy to access, one Whatsapp chat away to 0857 8059 9893 for reservation pickup and delivery of customer service units.

As of now, the coverage area of the D2D shuttle service from RE•PAIR covers Jakarta (excluding Kepulauan Seribu), Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, Tangerang / Tangerang Selatan. While the RE•PAIR service center services include the improvement of gadget products, electrical, wearable accessories, and lifestyle technology (Internet of Things). Various leading brands can be served by RE•PAIR, such as Apple, Asus, DJI, Garmin, GoPro, Google Nest Mini, Huawei, and others.

Djatmiko Wardoyo, Group Head of Marketing & Communications Erajaya, stated, "During the corona pandemic we have introduced new breakthrough services. We have launched O2O EraXpress at Eraspace.com, Mobile Selling and Home Delivery Service, e-Catalog with inter-device messaging services via WA, mobile EDC for Credit and Debit Card payments at Consumer homes, and now we introduce D2D from RE•PAIR shuttle service to the service center. Everything is to emphasize Erajaya's commitment to continue providing services and comfort for consumers. "

Meanwhile, Victor Alex, Head of After Sales Service Erajaya Group stated, "We launched the Door-to-Door service from RE•PAIR because we realized that after the implementation of the PSBB regulations due to the Corona Pandemic, community mobility was very limited and many service centers were not operating. We are trying to help consumers to still be able to get service to repair a damaged device without leaving home. Our professional courier partner will pick up the device, and deliver it back to the Consumer's home after we repair it. We do everything professionally and responsibly. "

For safety and comfort, D2D services from RE•PAIR are equipped with insurance protection with coverage up to 40 million Rupiah during the pickup and delivery of the service units. As an official Service Center, all spare parts used are ensured to be official, original and certified technicians from each brand, included with the use of standard personal protection equipment. If all unit validation and administrative processes have been confirmed by the service center team through WhatsApp chat, then the pick-up and delivery process is carried out by professional courier partner RE•PAIR in accordance with the agreed time and location together quickly and safely. RE•PAIR will also always validate the unit through the IMEI number to ensure that the unit is official.

There are several Service Centers from RE•PAIR Erajaya Group that are still operating, namely the Multi-Brand Service Centers at ITC Roxy Mas Ruko - Jakarta and the Multi-Brand Service Centers on Jl. Badak Raya No.47 D, Kel. Pandeanlamper, Semarang. For Huawei Service Center, Huawei Deli Plaza Medan still operates to serve consumers. Whereas Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) still operates in iBox Menteng Central, iBox Dago Bandung and Hartono Mall Yogyakarta.
