Erajaya organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) on June 20, 2017 at Seminar Room 3, Indonesia Stock Exchange, Jl. Jend Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta.
During the AGMS, Erajaya distributed cash dividend amounting Rp20,- (twenty Rupiah) per share or a total Rp58.000.000.000,- (fifty eight billion Rupiah) before tax, which is paid for 2.900.000.000 (two billion nine hundred million Rupiah).
