Jakarta, August 30, 2018 - In order to comply with Regulation of the Financial Services Authority No. 31 / POJK.04 / 2015 on Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, the Company hereby announces that on August 13, 2018 Erajaya Group has received additional loan facilities from BCA amounting to Rp1,405,000,000,000 (one trillion four hundred five billion Rupiah), and additional forex facilities amounting to USD 13,300,000 (thirteen million three hundred thousand US Dollar). The loan facilities obtained by Erajaya Group will be used to increase the Company's working capital which will be used to support the Company's operational activities and business expansion.
