Jakarta, June 11, 2026 – Annyeong! Korean café culture has arrived at Paris Baguette Indonesia, inviting customers to experience the flavors, creativity, and warm atmosphere of Korea’s beloved café scene through a range of special limited-time creations.
Starting from the simple greeting “annyeong” (hello), Paris Baguette is launching a regional campaign across Southeast Asia that celebrates the brand’s Korean roots. Through specially curated products and experiences, Paris Baguette aims to bring local communities closer to the flavors and café culture of Korea.
“Through Annyeong!, we want customers across Southeast Asia to experience a touch of Korean café culture at their nearest Paris Baguette. It’s not just about trying new flavors—it’s about those moments when customers discover an unexpectedly delicious treat, share a Korean Strawberry Bingsu Cake with loved ones, or simply imagine strolling through Seoul. Those are the moments we hope to create—warm, enjoyable, inspired by Korea, yet still uniquely ours,” said Hana Lee, CEO of Paris Baguette AMEA.
“The enthusiasm for Korean culture in Indonesia continues to grow, and Annyeong! comes at the perfect time. With our presence in Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Medan, and Surabaya, we want Paris Baguette to become a place where Indonesian customers can celebrate their love for authentic Korean-inspired cuisine every day at a nearby store,” said Jeremy Sim, CEO of Erajaya Food & Nourishment.
A Taste of Korea in Every Bite
Korean Strawberry Bingsu Cake (IDR 65,000) is inspired by bingsu, Korea’s famous shaved-ice dessert known for its soft, snow-like texture. Served in a cup, the cake features layers of vanilla sponge, mascarpone cream, and fresh strawberry filling, topped with a dollop of fresh cream and a strawberry milk dropper that can be poured according to personal preference.
Korean Gochujang Chicken Gimbap (IDR 85,000) reimagines the classic Korean gimbap in Paris Baguette’s signature golden-baked pastry format. It contains gochujang-marinated chicken, tamago, crabstick, marinated cucumber, shredded carrot, frisée lettuce, pickled yellow radish, and nori, finished with gochujang mayonnaise and white sesame seeds.
Both items pair perfectly with:
- Korean Chewy Mochi (IDR 29,000 for 2 pieces) – bite-sized parmesan-coated mochi filled with cream cheese.
- Sparkling Yuzu Mint (IDR 55,000) – a refreshing drink combining Korean yuzu, lemon, fresh mint leaves, and sparkling tonic water.
