Indonesia Becomes the First Country in Southeast Asia to Showcase the XPENG L03
The XPENG L03 is XPENG’s latest global model, making its Southeast Asian public debut in Indonesia shortly after its global launch in Munich, Germany. Its arrival further reinforces Indonesia’s position as one of the strategic markets in XPENG’s international expansion.
Developed under the direction of JuanMa Lopez, former Chief Exterior Designer at Ferrari, the XPENG L03 adopts a Next-Generation AI SUV Coupe concept and features the Vital Flow design philosophy, resulting in an aerodynamic drag coefficient of just 0.228 Cd, making it one of the most aerodynamic vehicles in its class.
Inside the cabin, the XPENG L03 delivers an AI-powered driving experience through its latest Global Intelligent Cockpit, powered by XOS 6. The system features a 15.6-inch central display, Wide Head-Up Display (W-HUD), immersive ambient lighting, intelligent climate control, and a next-generation voice assistant capable of understanding conversational context more naturally.
Beyond simply responding to commands, the system is designed to be more intuitive and intelligently adapt various vehicle functions, with its capabilities continuously enhanced through Over-the-Air (OTA) software updates.
At the core of its intelligent capabilities, the L03 is powered by three Turing AI Chips delivering computing power of up to 2,250 TOPS. It also adopts NGP (VLA 2.0), XPENG’s latest-generation intelligent driving system, which is designed to understand driving situations more comprehensively than conventional ADAS systems.
The XPENG L03 is also XPENG’s first global model to integrate Google Maps Auto SDK, providing a seamless navigation experience without requiring additional applications or screen mirroring, while also supporting the development of NGP (VLA 2.0) and XPILOT Assist systems.
The XPENG booth at GIIAS 2026 also offers visitors an immersive experience of the company’s “Physical AI for All” vision, which serves as the direction of XPENG’s technology development. Visitors can explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is applied not only to smart electric vehicles, but also across various future mobility innovations developed by XPENG.
XPENG is also showcasing the XPENG GX future mobility concept, The Next P7 smart sports car, the Next-Gen IRON AI humanoid robot, and the XPENG X2 flying vehicle. At the same time, visitors can experience XPENG’s vehicle lineup currently available in Indonesia, including the XPENG New X9, XPENG G6 Pro, and G6 Pro AWD.
