At the heart of it all shines the Holiday Morning Coffee, a comforting creation that evokes a gentle warmth to the tranquil, festive morning. Festive Menu
From 1 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, the celebration finds its rhythm in a menu designed to enchant. The Festive Menu captures the season’s brilliance through an artful interplay of flavour, fragrance, and finesse - each course paired with Bacha Coffee’s unparalleled collection of over 200 meticulously sourced 100% Arabica specialty coffees. A tribute to festive wonder, served with charm and crafted to linger in memory.
Two exquisite creations take centre stage in this celebration of flavours. The Capon Chicken Supreme presents tender chicken filled with minced chicken, sautéed chestnuts, and dried porcini mushrooms, delicately wrapped in Savoy cabbage. The dish is elevated with chestnut pulp, cranberry chicken jus, haricot verts, and bright berries coffee–glazed baby carrots, finished with a crisp beetroot touch — a refined harmony of savoury and aromatic notes.
For dessert, the Chestnut with Blackcurrant and Coconut Entremet enchants with layers of chestnut cream, chestnut paste, and raspberry and blackcurrant purée, set on a coconut dacquoise base and enveloped in light coconut mousse with a glossy blackcurrant glaze. Each element intertwines to create a delicate balance of texture and flavour, perfectly complementing the rich and nuanced character of Bacha Coffee’s specialty brews.
