Jakarta, March 16, 2025 – Urban Republic, a gadget lifestyle retail brand under Erajaya Active Lifestyle [Stock code: ERAL], welcomed the holy month of Ramadan by organizing a social activity titled “bURbagi Buka Puasa” located in the area of the National Monument (Monas), Central Jakarta. Through collaboration with the UR Team, the Urban Republic community, around 200 iftar meal packages were distributed to people around the Monas area as a form of care and social contribution during Ramadan.
The “bURbagi Buka Puasa” program is part of Urban Republic’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative that has been carried out consistently since 2024. This activity reflects the company’s commitment to creating a sustainable positive social impact, while also strengthening the values of togetherness and compassion within the community.
Through this activity, Urban Republic and the UR Team aim to create a meaningful moment of sharing during Ramadan by distributing iftar meal packages directly to people who are active in public spaces. This initiative also serves as a platform to foster a spirit of social care, strengthen the relationship between the brand and its community, and encourage closer collaboration through the active involvement of the UR Team.
In its implementation, the UR Team played an active role in the preparation process as well as the distribution of food to the beneficiaries. The entire series of activities was carried out in an orderly and well-organized manner to ensure that the assistance could be properly received by people observing the fast in public areas.
